Returning to school is very different this year. Parents are worried about sending their kids back to school because of health concerns. But despite the high anxiety levels, total back-to-school spending in the US is still expected to increase compared to 2019, reaching a total of $28.1 billion (or $529 per student). What’s interesting is that more parents plan to spend on virtual learning tools like e-learning platforms and online courses.
