In light of the global events related to COVID-19, we want to reaffirm everyone within the Infogram community our commitment to ensuring the well-being of our employees and the availability of our products and services for our customers.

Here at Infogram, we have two priorities guiding our decisions during this time of uncertainty:

  • to keep our employees safe
  • to ensure ongoing service and reliability to our customers and partners.

We recognize we have a larger role to play in our communities, and we have made adjustments in our day-to-day operations to minimize any contribution to the spread of the virus. Our teammates now work remotely from home and practice healthy habits. We’ve canceled large gatherings and paused non-essential travel. 

As a cloud-based SaaS company with global operations, Infogram products and services will not be impacted. 

As a geographically distributed organization with offices in San Francisco, Budapest, Riga, and Berlin, we are accustomed to remote collaboration among our teams and with our customers. We’re also well-equipped to maintain the customer service and support that you expect from us.

For over eight years, we’ve developed, enhanced, and maintained our business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure our business, and yours, continue to run smoothly.
