Host Your Files On Your Own Servers With Infogram Enterprise

10.11.2015 by roberts

Infogram was founded on the premise that data visualization should be accessible to every journalist, marketer, manager or teacher without design or development skills; since we released our first product millions of people have leveraged the power of data visualization and with them more and more media corporations, marketing agencies, financial service providers and businesses have adopted Infogram in their workflows for publishing, content marketing and reporting.

The enterprise level adoption also comes with its own requirements from our customers; therefore, we introduced our Enterpise plan with role-based team accounts, custom-made design themes, personalized training and support.

Now our Enterprise users are able to host their charts and infographics created with Infogram directly on their own servers using the HTML download feature. With this feature we give you the best of both worlds: an agile cloud-based tool that improves constantly through incremental iterations, and full ownership over your published charts and infographics.

Would you like to experience the full power of data visualization? Try Infogram for Teams or Enterprise for free! With a Team or Enterprise account, you can create up to 10,000+ projects, collaborate with your team in real time, use our engagement analytics feature, and more. Request your free demo here.

Here is how it works:

Create a new chart and click on the Download button.

When the Download dialogue opens, choose html mode.

And click on Download HTML (ZIP).

Then open your computer’s Downloads folder and open the .zip file. The folder will be called the same as your chart’s title. In the folder you will find the data folder and the  index file.

For the last part – you might want to ask your site/server administrator for help.

Open your server’s FTP client,  upload the data folder and run the index file. And that’s it: interactive charts easily created and hosted on your servers. Use an iframe client to embed your chart on your site or other properties.
