Infogram Ambassador Network Grows Bigger

Awesome! Four cool data storytellers have become Infogram Ambassadors in March. We are happy to see them coming from different parts of the world and representing data literate storytelling in various industries. Learn more about them from this Infographic:

 Ashleigh Dewar (Australia)

Ashleigh is a web and digital media coordinator at the University of Wollongong. She is passionate about inspiring the next generation of STEM students, enhancing the current student experience and promoting important research that is carried out in the STEM fields.

Kaspars Ruklis (Latvia)

Kaspars is international advocacy & communication trainer and consultant. He works with audiences in Europe and Africa. Data storytelling helps him to explain complicated information in simple, visualized way.

Ignasi Alcalde (Spain)

Ignasi holds a Bachelors Degree in Multimedia, Master in Society Information and Knowledge and several postgraduate courses in computer graphics and data visualization. He is also a Teaching Consultant at Open University Catalonia and International University of La Rioja. Ignasi is also a founding member of School of Data Spanish chapter of the Open Knowledge and a Trainer of data visualization.

Kat Carlton (U.S)

Kat is a K-12 education reporter and digital content producer for The Herald-Times newspaper in Bloomington, Indiana.

Infogram Ambassadors is a global network of passionate data storytellers in newsrooms, communication offices, universities and classrooms. The members share a common belief in the power of data visualisation, freedom of information, importance of data literacy and effective communication.

The network is designed to bring the power of data visualisation and data literacy to the local communities and influencers all over the globe while also enhance the knowledge sharing between the program members.
