As Generation Z (born in the mid- and late-1990s and early 2000s) starts to arrive on college campuses, the schools will need to anticipate the challenges they’ll encounter.

Generation Z prefers on-demand learning over traditional formats. They are attracted to purchases that maximize the value of every dollar and tend to be more highly interested in saving money than their predecessors at that age. Compared to millennials, they expect to work harder than previous generations to reach their goals. Plus, they are starting to realize that in order to tackle their worries over potential student debt, they need to take action.
