The biggest day of online shopping is closing in on us – and it’s not what you may think it is. The latest data shows that Cyber Monday has actually surpassed Black Friday as the preferred day for deals around the holiday season. 

According to Deloitte’s annual holiday retail forecast, 53% of people will rely on Cyber Monday deals for discounts compared to 44% planning to find promotions on Black Friday. 

Gen Z is the generation that relies on the online shopping holiday the most, with 65% saying they’ll use Cyber Monday to spot the best deals.
